(MD) No.161 of 2010.

PRAYER IN S.A.(MD) No.161 of 2010 :

Pleased to allow this Appeal by setting aside the Judgment and Decree passed by Sub-Judge, Ramanathapuram in A.S.No.6/2008 dated 14.11.2009 in so far as granting of Decree for declaration of title is concerned and confirm the Judgment and Decree passed by the District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram passed in O.S.No.266/1998 dated 31.07.2007.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KUMARAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition, to condone the delay of 1487 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent in S.A.(MD) No.161 of 2010, is allowed on condition that the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRIPKM (Account No.10767823177, IFSC: SBIN0000898, State Bank of India, Periyakulam Branch) on or before 12.09.2022.
