2. I am not inclined to adjourned the matter for the simple reason that the writ petition is not maintainable. The petitioner had given a complaint before the first respondent seeking initiation of departmental action against the third respondent. Whether to initiate departmental action against the respondents or not is the decision that can be taken only by the employer. It is not for this Court to issue any direction.
