(Conservation ) Amendment Bill 2023 in accordance law within a time stipulated by this Honble Court.
ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.AR.L.SUNDARESAN, Additional Solicitor General of India assisted by M/S.K.GOVINDARAJAN, Deputy Solicitor General of India for the petitioner and of MR.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the Union of India had filed Special Leave Petition against the interim order granted by this Court which has been entertained by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and three paragraphs of the interim order granted by this Court on 24.05.2023 have been suspended.
