ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.C.SWAMY, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.CHANDRABOSE, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The application is filed to direct the fourth respondent/ Garnishee to disburse the gratuity amount along with interest payable to each of the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.M.S.Swamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.P.Chandrabose, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that already they have deposited the gratuity amount of Rs.3,01,458/- (Rupees Three Lakhs One Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Eight only), on 31.12.2003. He further submitted that the respondents have no objection to give direction as prayed for in the aforesaid petition.

4.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this court directs the fourth respondent/Garnishee to disburse the gratuity amount with interest payable to each of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Post the matter on 20.11.2017 under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
