RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed by this Honble Court in the order of anticipatory bail in Crl.OP(MD)No.10295/2022 vide order dated 15/6/2022 by directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent, the Inspector of Police, Kattuputhur Police Station weekly once instead of reporting daily at 10.30am. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.BALASUBRAMNIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10295 of 2022, dated 15.06.2022 by directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police weekly once instead of reporting daily at 10.30 a.m. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an Engineering student and he has to attend the classes daily and hence, he could not able to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied with the said condition only for one day.

CRL MP(MD) No.7562 of 2022 4.Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m., for the remaining period of 29 days.
