Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner and to deposit money before the concerned Court and executing the sureties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
CRL MP(MD) No.5251 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
