ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 366, 376(3) of IPC, Section 43(a), 4 r/w 17 of the POCSO Act, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 11.05.2024, one Chandru, a minor has taken a minor girl along with him and booked a room in the petitioner's lodge and had sexual relationship with her. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Since the petitioner is the owner of the Lodge, he has been implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent opposes for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner being the owner of the Lodge has 2/3

facilitated the first accused to exploit the minor girl aged about nine years, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
