ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider his representations dated 19.07.2017 and 09.08.2017, seeking to continue the TASMAC Shop No.8098 in his premises in Survey No.65/4 Door No.1011, Kalanikottai, Mudachikadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Panchayat, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District, till the agreement period, as per the rental agreement between the third respondent and petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner, despite the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
