ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that the complaint was lodged by the 3rd respondent to the Commissioner of Police, Madurai and it has been forwarded to the 2nd respondent Police. They have conducted enquiry and closed the complaint.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed, as no further order is required to be passed.
