It is also alleged that the fourth respondent by mis-representing the facts, obtained patta. The petitioner is, therefore, before this Court with this Writ Petition.

2. We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.02.2015 on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the fourth respondent.
