ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 11.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 illegally trespassed into the property belongs to the petitioner with political parties and abused him in flithy language and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation dated, 11.06.2022 to the respondents seeking police protection.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that enquiry is pending on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the same will be considered by the respondents.

4.Recording the same, the respondents police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.06.2022 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
