Advocate ***** C O M M O N O R D E R All these writ petitions have been filed, challenging the action of the respondents in seizing the vehicles of the petitioners and keeping the same under their custody. The petitioners also sought a direction to the respective respondents to release their vehicles forthwith.
2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the interim orders dated 11.08.2017 and 21.08.2017 passed by this Court, all the vehicles have already been released to the concerned petitioners and to that effect, he has also produced a communication of the respondents in proof thereof.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, these petitions are disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to agitate before the Appellate Authority on merits, if so advised, on filing necessary applications, in case of subsistence of their grievance as on date insofar as the impugned orders under challenge are concerned. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
