ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner received a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- from the 4th respondent on 27.08.2018, in respect of which, dispute arose between them. It appears that the 4th respondent has given a complaint as against the petitioner, based upon which, the 2nd respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11298 of 2021 harassing the petitioner. So, the petitioner sent a representation dated 09.08.2021 and on the same day itself, it appears that this petition appears to have been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that no complaint has been received from any of the parties so far. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner attended the enquiry yesterday, 12.08.2021 and the defacto complainant did not appear for enquiry.

4.Since no complaint is pending as against the petitioner, the question of not to harass may not arise and if any trouble arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to redress his grievance through appropriate proceeding.

5.With such liberty, this petition is disposed of.
