O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.
2. The petitioners allege interference of the local police in the pending civil dispute.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the third respondent herein had given a complaint and direction under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL.O.P.(MD)NO. 11520 OF 2020 Section 156 of Cr.P.C. has been issued by the jurisdictional Magistrate. The petitioners were summoned for enquiry and they appeared to have placed all the relevant documents.
4. If the second respondent wants the petitioners to appear again, the second respondent will have to issue written summon and there is no question of orally summoning the petitioner. If the second respondent registers any FIR, the petitioner will be given due notice, so that, the petitioners will have sufficient time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With these directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
