O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks for a direction to the respondents to carry out the survey and demarcation of the boundaries in the Petitioner's landed property comprised in S.NO. 70/3C situated at Mathipanur Bit-I Village, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of the Petitioner's online application No.2024/0123/24/006768, dated 7.8.2024.

2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is the case of the Petitioner that the above mentioned property belong to Krishnakumar Gupta and Maheshkumar Gupta. They executed a power deed in favour of Petitioner and one Lokendor Kumar under Power Deed, dated 11.6.2023 empowering them to deal with the property. The Petitioner in his capacity as Power Agent of the original owner, wanted to fence the property and hence made an application before the respondents seeking survey of the same.The Petitioner submitted an online application on 7.8.2024 and paid necessary charges. 2/5

Inspite of the same, till date, the respondents have not taken any steps to consider the said representation. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petiion for the relief stated supra.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that online application of the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by either side, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 7.8.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits after giving notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
