ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated as against the petitioner, in pursuance to the Government Order in G.O.(3D).No.63, Agriculture (AA2) Department, dated 30.04.2019 issued by the 1st respondent and to disburse the retirement benefits to the petitioner.

2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that with the relief sought for in the prayer, though he has made a representation dated 01.09.2020 before the respondents, so far no action has been taken, for which, the petitioner was compelled to file the present writ petition.
4.In reply, Mr.K.P.Narayanakumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the departmental disciplinary proceedings initiated as against the petitioner will be concluded within a period of eight weeks, since the enquiry is going on.
5.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- the 3rd respondent is directed to conclude the departmental disciplinary proceedings pending as against the petitioner and take a decision on merits and in accordance with law, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2020, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
