The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a petition has been filed by the petitioner herein on 20.07.2021 seeking certified copy of the final report filed in Crime No.103 of 2017. But the same was returned with an endorsement stating that the final report has not been filed till 20.07.2021. In Para No.5 of the order it is stated that let a report be called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai on this aspect. In this connection, you are hereby required to submit your report as stated supra, to this Registry on or before 23/09/2021 as the matter stands posted on 24/09/2021.
