O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to refer the case of the petitioner to the civil Court, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for enhancement of compensation.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader based on the written instructions received from the second respondent submitted that the matter has already been referred to the III Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai and the same is now pending in L.A.O.P.No.22 of 2022. 3.In view of the above, the enhanced compensation sought for by the petitioner can be agitated before the competent civil Court, where L.A.O.P.No.22 of 2022 is pending. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
