PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.419 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.09.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 341,294(b), 506(ii), 394 and 307 of IPC on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 25.09.2020 when the defacto complainant was walking along the road the petitioner herein along with other accused said to have waylaid him and also snatched a sum of Rs.2750 at knife point. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner herein along with other accused said to have waylaid him and also snatched a sum of Rs.2750 at knife point. He would also submit that three previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the previous bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
