3.Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 20.08.2020 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
