2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that against the petitioner a complaint has been received from the fifth respondent.

If at the end of the enquiry, it is decided to register any FIR, the petitioner shall be put on notice so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. 5.With this direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
