(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The petitioner seeks direction for deepening the Kottappattu tank and for removing the encroachment in the water bodies in Thiruvalluvar Street, J.K.Nagar, Loordhu Nagar, Trichy. He has already given representations in this regard on 05.09.2017 and 08.08.2017.
