To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to revised Petitioners seniority and refix the same by granting notional promotion to the post of Deputy Block Development Officer with effect from petitioners juniors got promotion orders and pay all other monitary and service benefits together with interest by dispose of petitioners appeal dated 24.09.2019 by the 1st Respondent within the time limit stipulated by this Honourable Court and pass any further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
