... Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to send the report sought for by the 1st respondent in Mu.Mu.A4/3315/2020 dated 07.01.2021 and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to conclude the proceedings at the earliest.
For Petitioner : Mr.S.Satheeshkumar For Respondents : Mr.R.Baskaran, Counsel for State.
ORDER
The petitioner seeks the expeditious conclusion of proceedings before the first respondent and for a direction to the second respondent to send the report called for by the first respondent to such respondent.
2. The petitioner states that she inherited the property in Survey No.11/3C at Veppankulam Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District from her late father. However, it is stated that her paternal uncles erroneously conveyed the property bearing Survey No.11/3C to the petitioner's daughter. It is also stated that the said property has been conveyed thereafter under multiple sale deeds and that the same stands in the name of one Krishnan at this point of time. According to the petitioner, her paternal uncles were allotted the property bearing Survey No.11/3D, whereas they erroneously conveyed the property in Survey No.11/3C which belongs to the petitioner.
3. The representation was submitted to the first respondent to rectify the aforesaid discrepancy. Although the first respondent had called for a report quickly from the second respondent under a communication dated 07.01.2021, the petitioner states that such report has not been sent by the second respondent and that the proceedings are pending for a considerable period of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
