This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from evicting the petitioner from the subject property based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.08.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the land in question has been categorised as Government Poramboke Chathiram Kinaru (rj;jpuk; fpzW) and that the petitioner is not in possession and enjoyment of the subject property.
