ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to her. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that police protection for one day is sufficient for the petitioner and on that day he would harvest the crops in her property. 3.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the present petitioner as well as the private respondents, two criminal cases in Crime Nos.460 and 461 of 2021 are registered, and a civil suit is also pending between the petitioner and the private respondents.
