ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police 1/3
for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 IPC in Cr.No.3 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused sold the defacto complainant's ancestral property by creating forged documents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocents persons and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submit that this is third petition for anticipatory bail and there is no change in circumstances. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
