Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner seeks issuance of patta for the petition mentioned land. It appears that proceedings have already been initiated in this regard. The third respondent is directed to pass final order within a period of eight weeks on the petitioner's representation from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
