Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.4245/2012 Nu.Ku.(5) dated 12.07.2012 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents to return the petitioners audit restricted amount of Rs.2,19,161.25 which was paid by the petitioner on 08.03.2014 through Cash/Society receipt voucher by considering the notification issued by the Co.operative Audit Department in Na.Ka.2517/09/Tha.Sa1(2) dated 29.01.2010.

For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 26.02.2019, made in W.P(MD)No.15459 of 2015, this Contempt Petition is filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that in compliance with the order, the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.2,19,162/- from the President and the Secretary of the Society, on 26.02.2021.
