ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose the review petition submitted by the petitioner under Section 154 of Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, on 15.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the review petition filed by the petitioner, enquiry has been completed and it is pending for final orders. However, final order is not yet passed. Therefore, this petition.

3.Heard Mrs.M.Anbarasi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2/4

4.Considering the limited scope of this petition and prayer, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose the review petition submitted under Section 154 of Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, on 15.09.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
