ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings passed by the second respondent, dated 13.03.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to disconnect the Electricity Service Connection issued by the second respondent to the third respondent's building in Service Connection No. 2875 while the original suit in O.S.No.222 of 2024 is pending on the file of the learned Sub Court, Kovilpatti.
2. The petitioner is having land dispute with the third respondent in respect of which, the third respondent has filed a suit in O.S.No.222 of 2024. It appears that the third respondent has put up a construction and applied for 2/5
power connection before the second respondent. The petitioner has objected to the same. However, the second respondent has given power connection to the third respondent stating that the power connection is being given to the third respondent subject to the final outcome in O.S.No.222 of 2024.
3. I find no reasons to interfere with the aforesaid order of the second respondent as the electricity power connection has been granted to the third respondent subject to the final outcome of the suit in O.S.No.222 of 2024.
4. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
