2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that direction may be issued to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No. 2118 of 2020 and file Final Report.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this is a case and counter case. The respondent police is awaiting to receive Wound Certificate in this regard. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would pray one month time for filing Final Report.
