ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 286, 337 of IPC and Section 9(B) (1) (a) of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884 @ 286, 337, 304 (ii) of IPC r/w Sections 9 (B) (1) (a) of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884, in Crime No.473 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This is the fourth anticipatory bail petition filed by this petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed this petition mainly on the ground that the first accused was released on bail after 64 days of judicial custody. It is a wrong statement, the first accused released on bail on the date of the surrender before the trial Court.

CRL OP(MD). No.11918 of 2022 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that no purpose will be served to remand the petitioner under the Judicial custody. Because, the main accused was released on regular bail. The first accused is having some health issue and he was taking treatment, on that ground alone he was released on regular bail.

5. Considering the facts and the circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition was dismissed. The petitioner is directed to either surrender before the respondent police or concerned Court and thereafter seeks a regular bail.
