To suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur District in S.C.No.30/2022 dated 15.02.2024 pending disposal of the main appeal and release the petitioner on bail.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment made in S.C.No.30 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Karur District, dated 15.02.2024 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.11708 of 2024 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 02.12.2025.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the fact that the accused person is inside the jail and the paper book has already been made ready, post the appeal for final hearing on 23.06.2026.
