This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge Cum Special Judge, PCR Court, Tirunelveli to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender before that court in connection with Crime No.169 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier direction issued by this Court on 23.04.2021 could not be complied because of Covid-19 situation.

3. In view of the above fact, second petition will not lie and the petitioner has to file a petition seeking extension of time.

4. With this direction, this petition is dismissed.
