PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent to comply with the order of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, in Crl.M.P.No.653 of 2021, dated 03.05.2021 and consequently direct the respondents to file the First Information Report for the subsequent cause of action by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur and investigate the case in accordance with law.

This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to comply with the order of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, in Crl.M.P.No.653 of 2021, dated 03.05.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the direction issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, a case in Crime No.473 of 2021 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 447, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) IPC against 14 persons on 12.08.2021.
