O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the Writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to sanction education loan to the petitioner's son namely Mohammed Fazil who is studying 1st year B.E.(MECH) in Sethu Institute of Technology, Kariapatti, Virudhunagar District by considering the representation dated 29.07.2017 within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.R.Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Palaramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2017. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing opportunity to the necessary parties. 5.With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
