RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 05.10.2020 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10360 of 2020, on the file of this Hon`ble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10360 of 2020, dated 05.10.2020.
2. This Court, by an order dated 05.10.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.10360 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two blood sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Cum Special Court for Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's wife and his son have appeared before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur along with necessary documents in order to execute sureties. Since the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate refused to accept the sureties the present petition has been filed seeking modification. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition is modified on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties (one should be a blood relative of the petitioner) for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Cum Special Court for Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District.
