: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dig a separate bore well in Kollidam River, within the limit of No.2, Kariyamanickam Village, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District, for the exclusive benefit of Village people of said No.2, Kariyamanickam Village, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District and also direft the respondents to clean the water tank and pipe line situated in the above said village for supplying of pure drinking water based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2017. District. He seeks a direction for digging a separate bore well in Kollidam River, so that the villagers would be benefited. He wants supply of potable drinking water. He gave a representation dated 20.06.2017 in this regard.

2.This Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the said representation in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
