Pleased to admit the Revision petition on file and to call for the records relating to the order passed in Crl.MP.No.208/2022 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai dated 04.03.2022 in connection with Crime No.523/2021 on the file of the respondent police and set aside the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent police to produce the petitioner's two wheeler bearing registration no. TN 49 CZ 8249 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai and handed over to same the petitioner. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHISH KUMAR K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.

MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition challenging the dismissal order passed in Crl.M.P.No.208 of 2022 dated 04.03.2022 filed under Sections 451 and 457 of Cr.P.C. for return of vehicle.

CRL MP(MD) No.7487 of 2022 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the vehicle in question was involved to the case registered in Crime No.523 of 2021 for the offence under Section 25(1-A) of Arms Act and it is also involved in murder case in Crime No.120 of 2021. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the District Siddha Medical Officer CCRI PKM, Account No.10767823177, IFSC Code : SBIN0000898, MICR CODE : 625002601, Branch: SBI Periyakulam, on or before 18.07.2022, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically.

4.Post the matter on 19.07.2022.
