This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (L & R) Act, to call for the records relating to the order and decretal order dated 18.09.2017 passed in R.C.A No.39 of 2012 by the Rent Control Appellate Authority ( III Additional Sub Judge ), Madurai confirming the order and decreetal order dated 28.08.2012 passsed in R.C.O.P No.54 of 2007 by the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif ) Madurai Town and to set aside the same. 1/3

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Malaichamy Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.D.Senthil Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order: "When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
