O R D E R
This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's land in S.No.25/1B1A, 25/1B1B and 25/1B1C measuring to an extent of 0.06.75 hectare, 0.06.75 hectare and 0.04.00 hectare (totally 43 cents) respectively situated at Kodumbapatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his representation, dated 07.06.2024.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that when he tried to fence his land, a few disgruntled persons, who are not having any right over the property, tried to disturb him.
3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
4.The petitioner has not made any specific allegation as to who is obstructing him from putting up the fence. Nor the said private persons have been arrayed as respondent in this petition. In any event, if the petitioner is having a valid title, it is always open to him to put up the fence. The respondent police is not expected to give police protection for every person to do every activity.

5.This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
