Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the petition mentioned land. Patta is in the name of the writ petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that due to error committed by certain officials, the names of the unconnected parties had been included in the revenue record. Since the petitioner did not get relief, he has since moved the District Revenue Officer. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the District Revenue Officer has fixed the next hearing date as 05.08.2022.
3. It is stated that the District Revenue Officer will conclude an enquiry and pass final order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
