ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. E4/005347/2022, dated 15.04.2024 as illegal.

2. Heard Mr.J.Lawrance, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Mohankumar learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the impugned order has been recalled by way of issuing a fresh proceedings, dated 20.06.2024 by the third respondent. The copy of the order has been produced before this Court. 3/6

4. Since the impugned order has been recalled by the third respondent vide proceedings, dated 20.06.2024, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition.

5. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
