PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide medical reimbursement to the tune of Rs.1,34,400/- to the petitioner along with interest on delayed payment.

ORDER
In connection with the claim for reimbursement of the medical expenses for the treatment undergone by the petitioner's husband for 'Stunt Heart Angiography', the petitioner had made a claim, before the District Level Empowered Committee (hereinafter referred to as "DLEC" for brevity), which is the Committee constituted by the Government headed by the District Collector, having the Joint Director of Medical and Rural Health Services Department, the District Treasury Officer and an official representative of the Insurance Company as members.

2.The Insurance Company, through its letter dated 27.05.2022, had directed the petitioner to produce original cash receipts in the correct format for reimbursement of a sum of Rs.1,34,400/-.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to produce such a format provided the Insurance Company is directed to inform about the required format. 4.In the light of the Letter of the Insurance Company, dated 27.05.2022 and the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the fifth respondent herein, to forthwith provide the format to the petitioner herein, for establishing the production of cash receipts, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such format, the petitioner shall forthwith submit the same before the fifth respondent herein, who shall in turn, pass appropriate orders, disbursing the amount determined by DLEC, within a period of one (1) month from the date of 3/6
