PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to unblock the petitioner's Agency No.0118875B with original status of CM's club, (CLIA) Chief Life Insurance Advisor and premium point and to release the commission due to the petitioner from 27.03.2015 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2017. ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to unblock the petitioner's Agency No.0118875B with original status of CM's club, (CLIA) Chief Life Insurance Advisor and premium point and to release the commission due to the petitioner from 27.03.2015 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2017.

2. Heard Mr.Chamundi Bose, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the petitioner's agency was already unblocked and the respondent has paid a sum of Rs.5,36,939/- to the account of the petitioner through NEFT.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for Rs.11,00,000/-(Rupees Eleven Lakhs only), but the respondent has paid only a part of the amount.

5. In view of the above submission, this Writ petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum. No costs.
