ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.17 of 2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent and entrust the same to the 4th respondent to be investigated along with the case in Crime No.24 of 2019 and pass suitable orders.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that the FIR in Crime No.17/2016 has been referred as mistake of fact and RCS notice has been served to the petitioner.
