The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to disburse the Contributory Pension Scheme(CPS) benefits pertaining to the petitioner's mother namely A.Ponnammal.
2.Pending writ petition, the said benefits had been disbursed to the petitioner in the month of July 2023.
