Prayer in Crl.OP(MD)No.7809 of 2022:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in C.C.No.353 of 2021 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruchuli, Virudhunagar District and quash the same. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Balamuruganantham, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.E.Anthony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the 1st Respondent, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7809 of 2022, dated 27.04.2022 on the file of this Court for the period of 10 days for the payment of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of the Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai-9.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.5,000/- on 29.06.2022, as per order of this Court, dated 27.04.2022.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Crl.O.P(MD) No.7809 of 2022 has been allowed with cost of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai-9, to be paid on or before 13.05.2022. The petitioner has paid the amount belatedly.

4. I have considered the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

5. No doubt, the petitioner has paid the amount of Rs.5,000/- to the Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai-9, on 29.06.2022 belatedly. The delay is condoned. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-III) // True Copy // /07/2022 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) TO:
