O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 6, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.07.2017 and 21.07.2017 and conduct preliminary enquiry.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a complaint against the respondents 3 to 6 regarding some civil dispute between them. Since the complaint has not been enquired into, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the property has been measured and also the dispute has been resolved between the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the above circumstances, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
